Hashbrown Casserole (W/Potatoes O'Brien)

Ingredients:

Cooking Spray

1 Stick Melted Butter

1 - 12oz Bag Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

2 - 10.5oz Cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Cup Sour Cream

2 - 24oz Bags Frozen Hashbrowns (or Potatoes O'Brien)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray large casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. In large mixing bowl mix all ingredients reserving 1 Cup of Shredded Cheese. When well mixed pour into casserole dish and spread evenly. Spread reserved cup of cheese evenly on top. Cook for 45minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!

(Mix-In suggestions - Shredded Chicken, Crumbled Bacon, Diced Ham)
